Moulding works set for expansion

In 2007 we acquired a number of new machines to complement our existing equipment
in the moulding division. Thanks to five new Arburg injection moulding machines for silicone and thermoplast processing, our production capacity is now even more impressive. With
a total of 59 machines we can offer you the ideal technical and logistical infrastructure whatever the batch size you require.

New cutting-edge automatic stamping/bending machine

Die-cutting and bending are two of our core competences. Our new Bihler automatic stamping/bending machine can be used to produce stainless steel, titanium and CuBe components.

High-end laser welding at Frey & Winkler

Our three high-end Trumpf laser welding machines can produce even the most intricate seams for metal components, and our Lasma 584 R 5-axis machine with rotary table is absolutely indispensable!

EDM centre again expanded

Thanks to our new Ingersoll Gantry 500, we can now offer top-quality die-sinking EDM.
This machine is particularly suitable for working with graphite electrodes and guarantees
both optimum efficiency and maximum precision. Wire EDM is carried out using our AGIE
high-precision VERTEX 3.

Cleanroom technology to meet even the most demanding requirements

In order to meet the requirements of the medical and food industries, we can offer a cleanroom production facility for plastic injection moulded parts - including assembly
and packing in accordance with cleanroom class 8 (ISO 14644-1).
