Optimum precision in plastic and metal

Whether we are using silicone, thermoplast or plastic/metal composites and whether production requires laser or standard welding, hard soldering or stamping, our production system can handle an enormous variety of components.

Plastic

Our core competence is the processing of highly transparent 2-C liquid silicone using precision dosing systems. Depending on batch size, the overmoulding of insert and core components made of plastic or metal may be carried out by hand, semi-automatically or using modern handling and feeding procedures. We also focus on the processing of polyamide, polycarbonate and thermoplastic elastomers. A clean room production is also possible.

Metal

In the field of metal processing, we are fully equipped for efficient, high-precision and low-cost production. We also process special materials such as nickel-free alloys, stainless steel, copper beryllium, titanium and titanium alloys.
