Dr. Boris Fröhlich joined F&W Frey & Winkler GmbH as the new Managing Director on 1 April 2025 and will use his many years of experience in the medical business to strengthen the company's growth and strategy development and growth implementation.
Dr. Fröhlich comes from the renowned medical technology group Enovis, where he was Managing Director of the DACH organisation. Previously, he was President, CEO and CSO of Röchling Medical SE, a leading plastics company supplying pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech companies worldwide. Prior to that, he held management positions including Managing Director at B. Braun Germany and before that Vice President Global Marketing & Indication Management at Aesculap AG.
He studied human medicine in Heidelberg and worked for ten years as a senior physician at the Clinic for General, Visceral and Transplant Surgery at Heidelberg University Hospital. More than 15 years ago, he switched to the field of medical technology and completed a Master's degree in Business Administration Medical Devices and Healthcare Management.
